What are the store hours?
After 32 years of being open 7 days a week, we are no longer posting hours. The store will be open by chance or appointment.
We plan to be here most of the time, but we are going to start having a life outside the business!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns if you are unhappy with an item, except for custom orders. We will charge a 15% restocking fee.
When can I expect my order?
When you buy it in the store! 🙂
How long have you been in Business?
We have been in business since 1984 and in Victor since 1990.
What are you brooms made of?
We use the very best Broomcorn. This is the traditional material brooms are made of. We use #1 hurl (the best!). And either hard maple, birch or poplar wood for the handles
